TTRS
Touch-type Read and Spell, a typing course that also drills reading and spelling. Not a chatbot.
TTRS is an online course. The student hears a word, sees it, and types it, with on-screen hand guides. The main course has 24 levels. The company recommends age 7 and up for touch-typing, and says ages 5–7 can use it for early phonics. Teens and adults use it too. It is not an AI tutor.
Best for
A child about age 7 or older who needs typing and spelling together, including a child with dyslexia. A parent runs the admin account.

Pricing
Partly verified
Home plans are Individual for one student, Family for two to six students, and Group for seven or more. Every plan includes a 30-day risk-free guarantee. The pricing page did not show a dollar amount in the text we could read, so this listing does not name one.
Teaches, or gives the answer?
The student types letters and words from dictation and gets a score for accuracy. TTRS does not answer a homework question in prose.
Kid safety and privacy
Not verified
TTRS uses a separate admin account and student accounts. A COPPA or children’s privacy policy was not on the pages we read.
What we could not verify
- Proper touch-typing is recommended from age 7, when hands can reach the keys. Ages 5–7 are described as early phonics use, not full typing form.
- The course is also for teens and adults. This directory lists kindergarten through 8th grade only.
- English, math, and science typing modules exist. Math and science here mean typing practice in those topics, not a full math or science curriculum, so those subjects are not tagged.
- Current prices are supposed to appear on the pricing page in local currency. They did not render for us.
