NovaKid is an online English school. A child meets a teacher for a 25-minute individual lesson, and can also join a longer speaking group. Programs start at ages 4–5 and continue through ages 14 and up. The US prices page also advertises an AI tutor for extra practice. novakid.com is a clothing store and is not this school.

Partly verified
The US prices page offers a free 25-minute trial and says no card is required. It lists individual lessons from $9 for 25 minutes with an international teacher, from $17 with a native speaker, and group lessons from $8 for 45 minutes. The US homepage shows other “from” rates by plan length, including $10 and $9 a lesson. Another Novakid page has shown plans from $95 a month. The bill depends on teacher type, plan length, and how many lessons you buy. That prices page says there is a 14-day money-back guarantee.
Teaches, or gives the answer?
The lesson is with a teacher. The child speaks, reads, and practices. We did not open the advertised AI tutor, so this rating is about the live lesson, not that AI.
Kid safety and privacy
Partly verified
NovaKid says a parent account tracks progress and that teachers are certified to teach English to children. A privacy policy and any COPPA statement were not on the prices page we read. Lessons are live video with a person.
What we could not verify
- Public Novakid pages do not agree on one price. Use the checkout you see after the trial.
- Programs continue to age 17. This directory lists kindergarten through 8th grade only. Ages 4–5 are pre-K and kindergarten.
- The AI practice tool was not tested. We do not know whether it will hand over an answer.
- A sibling discount is mentioned as available on selected plans. The amount was not on the page.
